The first, most vital piece of a good marketing program is WHO to send your marketing to. It seems obvious, but most marketing companies do not provide what is needed to effectively accomplish this.

With the demographic research we provide, we help you pin-point the right mailing area and income level to target with your marketing, then provide you with a mailing list to meet these exact specifications. We will maintain your list (e.g. update it to eliminate bad addresses, remove addresses at your request, etc.) for free throughout your marketing program.

Our lists are specifically targeted on a household-by-household basis, so when patients arrive at your office, you know they are able to afford the care that they need.

We do not require our clients to sign a contract to mail at specified quantities, or to keep the

marketing going for any length of time. Our programs are month-to-month with no advance printing or set-up fees. You only pay for what you want to send out each month. Unlike some other marketing programs, we believe that your experience working with us and your results should be enough to keep you marketing with us, not being bound to a contract.

Free Designs

There is no cost to you for using one of our standard postcard mailer designs. We have templates that have proven to be successful in practices around the country. We will customize a design for your practice, with your input and approval, for no extra charge on top of our already low printing and mailing fees.

We provide free call tracking with all of our marketing. Our call tracking system allows us to ensure you’re getting the results you should be getting, and gives you the confidence of KNOWING that your marketing is working. We also use the call tracking system to assist you with scheduling a high percentage of the people who respond to your marketing, and obtaining the best possible return on investment. If we find that your office is missing calls from your marketing, or if your staff are having difficulty scheduling potential new patients, we provide guidance and coaching support.

During the course of your marketing program, there may be reasons to refresh the design of your mailer. Since we are monitoring your results through call tracking twice a month, we may decide that better results can be achieved and therefore a new design is in order. Or you may simply want to change the look or the color of your mailer. Whatever the reason, we will re-design and re-print your postcard at any time, for no extra charge.

This manual provides guidance for addressing prospective new patients that call in from the type of marketing we provide. This information was gathered and compiled by interviewing staff in actual practices that have a high success rate of converting these phone calls into new patients arriving in the practice. It includes verbiage for handling common scenarios encountered, and answering questions prospective new patients might have about insurance, fees, procedures, etc. Our staff is also at hand to answer any questions you or your staff might have concerning the material in this manual.

As part of our call tracking system, when you sign up for your marketing we will create your call tracking account and send you your login information. With this information you can view call tracking reports, charts, and graphs, showing exactly how many new patient calls are coming in. At your request, we can also help you set up automated reports to be e-mailed to you at certain times each month.

• 1000 Referral Cards

Included at no cost when you sign up for direct mail marketing, you receive 1,000 referral cards. These are essentially miniature versions of the postcard. They are incredibly useful for maximizing the number of patient referrals. We will also send you a checklist detailing how to use them to generate extra new patients per month.
